SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

1. Program Description

The Good Life Home Maintenance Solutions offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that provides appointment reminders, marketing and transactional messages related to our home services, only with your explicit consent. This Program utilizes autodialed and/or prerecorded messages. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you receive messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Help and Support

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, or need assistance with the Program, just text "HELP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. 4. Cost and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions but will not exceed 5 messages per week unless you initiate more. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

7. Compliance and Additional Terms

This Program complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA guidelines. Participation requires you to be 18 years or older and the authorized account holder of the mobile number. We may modify the Program with reasonable notice where possible, and updates will be posted with an effective date on our website.
